How to buy wine of 75cl ? You can order via the official website or social media pages on Facebook / Instagram @drink75cl
What payment methods does 75cl accept? For customers who buy goods on our website, we suggest two payment methods via bank transfer or VN Pay before completing the transaction. For customers ordering on our official social networking sites Facebook and Instagram @drink75cl, we will send bank transfer information to you after you have agreed on order information. We will have a notification confirming your payment as soon as the system recognizes then process your order quickly so that you can quickly receive our wine.
In which currency does 75cl accept payments? We currently only accept payments in VND.

In which case can you return the goods? In case the customer has a problem with the bottles (broken bottle, color quality, taste is not guaranteed), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods to proceed with the exchange. Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee that the storage conditions (light, humidity, temperature, etc.) in your care do not alter the quality of the wine. Thank you very much for your understanding!
How to return goods? In case of return, customer please contact us via the official social media page to receive the most detailed instructions. 75cl is responsible for all shipping costs. Return time will be the same as when receiving the goods.

Where does 75cl ship goods? Currently, we only provide services in the center of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Out of town orders need to be worth from 3,000,000 VND and please contact 75cl's social media page directly for the most detailed instructions.
What shipping service does 75cl use? We use popular inner-city transportation services such as Grab and Ahamove. Suburban orders will be delivered by Viettel post.
How long does the delivery take? Under normal conditions, orders within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will be delivered immediately within 24 hours of placing the order and from 3 to 7 days for orders outside the city. Shipping time depends on the shipping service provider, so sometimes there may be a slight delay. We will be responsible for detailing and clearly informing you of all shipping information of each order.
